It's not even a she-said-she-said situation.
As for the spamming, this is what I had to say in the wank report:
"I'd say that's just a rumor, but if anybody can prove otherwise I'd be happy to amend this report."
And about the art:
"If Lady Sybilla did steal this artwork for her own use, the comments at deviantart would indicate that it isn't the first time Siebert had to put up with thieves."
Neither of those is worded as an accusation. They were possible angles to investigate, they were leads. Still incriminating against Lady Sybilla's character Yeah, probs, but it's not like it would be completely out of the blue to consider Lady Sybs unscrupulous.
