Maybe it's my bias towards Twilight fandom in general, but I have no doubt, that there are a lot of Twi-hards who buy into what she's saying, and think that she is defending their rights of collective ownership of the Twilight characters. And that's scary.
Almost as scary as Syb's complete lack of understanding how things like law or science actually work.
