From what I got, it was a coding FUBAR. Artistic Revolution dropped Caito's info. Michela Ecks wiped the edit to delete it as completely as possible because, erm, Der, let's think about this, and I emailed Caito about it earlier tonight. But FH has an extension that lets you save drafts of edits. If you try to edit an article and there's draft versions saved, it tends to load the last draft copy as the text. So if you're not paying attention, it can cough up--and save--the last saved draft as your edit. This was in no way malicious and has since been wiped completely from the site, as per policy.
