Er . . .
But, instead of responding to Sybilla's concerns, the JournalFen support team (if, in fact, there is one) forwarded a copy of the email to Caito.

Now, I'm not as JournalFen-savvy as I could be if I actually bothered and I fully admit to possibly having missed an ETA here or there despite obsessively Ctrl + R-ing these pages ever since Lady Sybzilla started crashing through downtown Twilight-yo with her potato-active press releases . . .

Sorry, it's almost 7:00 AM here, I haven't slept and I just had a smidge too much coffee.

Anyway! I don't remember anyone ever mentioning the JF admin(s) e-mailing the support request to Caito, though I guess I could have missed it? I was just under the impression that the support tickets are public like on LJ and some intrepid wanka (or Caito herself) happened across it, whether they were looking for it or whatever.

Oh yeah, and I was also under the impression that the fact that the admin responded to Lady Sybzillailla's concerns meant that . . . they'd responded to Lady Sybzillailla's concerns.
