Our posts were approved through the queue at the same time. Posts keep timestamps of when the reporter hits post, not for when the mods approve it through the queue.

The most likely explanation is this was submitted while the other one was still in queue, the mod who approved the other one didn't disapprove this one for some reason, and another mod who hadn't noticed the other one approved this one. It's really easy to have screw-ups like this with a moderation queue, and it's really not worth getting fussed over.

I did, but [info]mariem_1's entry hadn't been approved through the queue yet, so it wasn't showing, and no one had called dibs on the [info]wank_report post so I had no idea someone had written it up already.

Yeah, but the person who posted previously to f_w DID mention that she'd gotten off Wank Report. Although that did not explicitly state that the text was c&ped, I think that was probably more of an oversight than an intentional thing on the part of the poster.
