The stuff I read referred to is as a 'hemi-penis', IIRC, with the way their genetalia imitates male genetalia - I didn't know it was their clitorus too! Goodness, and the babies have to literally tear their way out of it! Even nastier than I thought #_# Many first time mothers die because of it...
