I dunno, there's a reason Deep Throat's identity was never revealed...
Actually, Deep Throat was FBI agent William Felt. After denying rumors to that effect for three decades, Felt came clean a few years before his death in 2008. Woodward and Bernstein, the reporters who broke the Watergate story, confirmed his identity.
