I've tapped Dn_Solis to replace me directly as chief instigator, stopper of bucks passed, emergency go-to dude, and haver of wild ideas. I spent three weeks with him in person in just about every situation imaginable, and I have every confidence he can replace me where it counts and when the shit and the fan have become intimate. That's not him "jumping the chain of command", it's a one-to-one replacement.

I hope he got dental as part of the deal.
