I did lots of gleesearch to write this wank gleeport.

gleesnark is a journal that exists to bitch about Glee fics anonymously. Confusingly, it is shared by three people: Head Bitch in Charge #1, Head Bitch in Charge #2, and a graphics guy. The Bitches of gleesnark summed up their mission thusly:There comes a time in every fandom when the sheer amount of FAIL overwhelms its potential and creates a black hole of over-the-top STUPID. These times call for heroes, for people to come in and counteract the black hole of stupid with well-placed barbs of snarky goodness. Heroes who will save the masses from the inanity that has overtaken their beloved fandom. Heroes who have no fear of shattering fragile high school egos or the subsequent wailing and gnashing of teeth. Cut the arm off to save the body. That’s what heroes do.Their first post with actual content was met with much agreement and discussion and a fair bit of warmth... except that some people didn't like that
And to the Glee fandom… your heroes have arrived.
gleesnark was calling fics out by title and writers by handle, and even posting direct excerpts, especially while doing so anonymously. There was some slight grumbling early on, but they made it through approximately four more entries before things started spiraling out of control. See, that's when
gleesnark tooks on slash, specifically (watch out, NSFW graphic) Puck/Kurt shippers and mpreg. There is dissent. There is gleebama. There is whatever the hell this conversation is. glee_anon filled up with more gossip as well. That's when graphics guy, who had heretofore been silent, sounded off.
And if you still want to bitch and moan, go right ahead. But you’re deluded if you think we’re doing anything but laughing at your “righteous indignation”. So thanks for the lulz.Who's the butthurt one now, wonder commenters.
Sure, it’s offensive. So is the Colbert Report. And Family Guy. And Kathy Griffin. She told Jesus to suck it one time, did you know that? And you know what else? She’s famous. And popular. And has her own TV show. And she’s rich.
Now, I’m Jewish, but I figure if it’s good enough for Jesus, it’s good enough for you. You don’t like what we’re doing here?

But while “Your Kink is Not My Kink”, we would also like to point out that “Your Humor is Not Our Humor”. We thought our rants were funny. We still think they’re funny.But they are willing to listen!
