Looks like there's some purging going on. Fortunately the author decided to post on the reviewer's blog. What a bitch.

The review is being far more classy then I would be in that situation. Send a PM to me full of vitriol I would definitely post it publicly and I wouldn't pull it due to a dubious 'copy write' complaint.
