R/K shippers can't get away with murder according to Summit.
Delaneyg84 is a well known crazy Rob/Kristen shipper who reports on the personal lives of this amazing duo as if she's BFFs with them. Because of her amazing reporting skills she's gained a large following of fans online. In the past she has claimed that her husband works for Summit. This must be the way she gets her R/K hot-off-the-press info. Like this,

"Ironic the day they filmed the break-up scene was the day R/K decided to be a couple." OMG he told me earlier he had a story about them that might make me cry. We all know how difficult this journey has been for them. Right? Well remember in the timeline from earlier, J talked about how R/K had admitted they had fallen in love with one another over 2008, but K still had a boyfriend and was going to try and make that work. Both she and Rob were miserable over their separation (when he went back to London - before the Tokyo reunion). Rob was especially miserable during that time. He basically thought he would never be with Kris. Rob got his hopes up after Kris told him when New Moon filming began that she and Mike were taking a break.

He wouldn't be on set, just a few visits. She and Rob started to get really close again, taking it slow, then MA visited. This was during the Juno weekend. Rob was really upset to say the least. He felt Kristen might be stringing him along or that MA's presence there would change her mind. Nikki apparently tried to comfort him that night by the way....offering Rob her support if he needed her. Fucking bitch. J says he seriously doubts anything happened. However, it was after that, that Rob told Kristen he was done. She either make up her mind or they would just be co-workers only. I guess he was really pissed and after that he didn't talk to her much at all. OKAY HERE COME THE GOOD PART - So Rob wasn't on set as much as Kristen and basically stayed to himself. Their personal relationship was strained. They did hang out a few times with others, but K was going through some major inner turmoil in cutting the umbilical cord with Mike. She wasn't in love with him anymore. She was in love with Rob, but Mike had such a major part of her life. yaddah yaddah.. Okay so the day of the break-up scene... J says Kristen was an utter mess.

She missed her connection/relationship with Rob. Their relationship was strained to say the least. They had to do this epic scene. She was crying and beside herself. People on set, including Weitz and Rob were concerned. Rob was very comforting and protective of her. They went off to talk. J says this was the day Kristen told Rob she was walking away permanently from Mike and wanted to be with him/Rob. Kristen and Mike were already pretty much over. Mike came up that next weekend so she could talk with him in person. Rob left town and went to LA. So that was the beginning of their relationship.

Oh and for Rob's birthday, J says it wasn't just a celebration of his birthday, but a celebration of Rob and Kris' relationship. This was between R/K and his rents, plus he believes reps/managers were also there. He doesn't have a 100% on this. Granted other cast members were there at some point, but there was a definite time when R/K - rents were alone. His parents knew first hand the hell Rob and Kristen had been through and were "fucking thrilled for their son".

But I digress, because recently she leaked several photos of the upcoming Eclipse movie (ty for the links, and here and here too, linking to suspended twitpic accout), declaring that if she were to go out she might as well go out with a bang and make it good. Shit talking about Summit right after that probably didn't help anything at all because Summit is suing Miss Delaney. And for good measure, here is the filing on Justia.

As said before, she has many, many fans, who already have her back and are offering up financial services in her time of need (however, I should add that she's declined the offer).

All links, sources, and whatnot was collected from the posts about this made by the lovely ladies at ontd_twatlight.

ETA:

Look like Summit was planning on selling the images as movie promo cards for $20 a piece!

Back on Valentine's Day, Delaney tweeted several set pictures from Eclipse that had either a) not yet been released, b) were supposed to be part of the layout of the Eclipse movie companion book, or c) had been released but were under embargo. In any case, these pictures were not for public consumption. Said pictures ended up on lion_lamb. Summit doesn't appear to be fucking around, as her twitpic account, where the photos originally appeared, has been suspended. If I'd been sued by a company that could afford lawyers like Summit's, I'd at least protect my Twitter feed. But I'm not Delaney.

Bonus individual fappage! @amisslizzy on Twitter has spent her morning trying to out the following people to @Twilight:
- Everyone on Nonsten.com, because "if [Summit] had time [to sue] delaney, they have time [to sue] nonsten." Because clearly Delaney was sued for shipping Robsten.
- @GoTeamMakeup, a protected twitter feed and apparently a makeup artist on the set of New Moon and Eclipse who tweeted things about the cast.

This has apparently migrated to the IMDB boards, where someone posted a group photo that ostensibly depicted Nonsten members attending the premiere of Remember Me in retaliation, and that group photo has subsequently been defaced somewhere on Twitter--it was around last night--but I can't find the link anymore because of the breakneck speed at which her fanpoodles are fapping. Probably for the best.

And, this twitpic, which goes to prove Rob and Kristen's OMG!Truelove ...because they posed similarly. In an obviously posed cast shot.

You know, I saw those pictures when they came out and my first thought was, oh, snap, those pictures were totally not meant to be released. I hesitate to use a phrase like "the money shot" in reference to Twilight, but, like, The Dry Humping Chapter and The Tent Scene, that's what all the shippy types were waiting to see. I am thoroughly unsurprised that Summit is going after her.

And them releasing on Valentine's Day? I always thought that was too much, even for Summit.

Well, in case someone else does: Bella wants to be a teenage vampire, but Edward doesn't want her to lose her soul, but Edward wants to marry her but Bella doesn't want to be a teenage bride, but Edward won't turn her unless she marries him, but she won't marry him unless they have premarital sex, so he finally buys this giant hilarious bed for his room (sparklepires don't sleep, after all) in hopes that the enticement of rolling around for a couple of pages will effect a compromise. By the end of it, he's forcibly buttoning up everyone's shirts to keep her from going too far and she's got a ring on her finger. That's the scene in the leaked pictures mentioned above.

And if you leave Bella and the wolf on the riverbank, then all the Robsten shippers will cry, flooding the river with their tears.

Clearly, they have to be ferried across separately, even if that means leaving them alone with the unicorn.

Just out of (morbid) curiosity- Twilight doesn't actually talk about vampires's SOULS do they?

[info]cleolinda

They do. Edward insists he's going to hell, Carlisle says he thinks being good will do the trick. I mean, all of this is a moot point unless another vampire kills one of them, because otherwise they're living forever. Once Bella becomes a vampire, no one worries about it anymore. Shit, she doesn't even worry about whether she'll see her mother again.

I should clarify, the question is whether they still have souls or not. Carlisle believes they do; Edward doesn't, and that's why he doesn't want to "take" Bella's.

Hunh.

I don't even think I knew she had a mother.

So people can't kill them? Only other vampires? What about werewolves? Isn't that shirtless kid a threat?

OH GOD WHY DO I CARE.

*smacks forehead* Damnit, it is. Why do I keep thinking Twilight is a trilogy? Other than wishful thinking, I mean.

Breaking Dawn is probably the only movie I'll actually see, purely for the pillow biting.

That too! It'll be awesome to see just how they do the monster-baby spine-breaking labor scene.

I'm leaning toward them toning it down though. Something like:

SNAP!

Bella: "OMG, I can't feel my legs anymore!"

Rather than the blood-fountaining, shrieking scene-from-a-horror-movie it is in the books :(

I fear it would almost all be off-screen, with dramatic shots of Bella's pale, pale face and some sad music.

Yeah, that's what I was just thinking. If I forget that it's Twilight and there's creepy abstinence subtext all over that...it's kind of sweet! They look like two high school kids in their first relationship doing the adorable thing. Not creepy sparklepires.
