R/K shippers can't get away with murder according to Summit.
Delaneyg84 is a well known crazy Rob/Kristen shipper who reports on the personal lives of this amazing duo as if she's BFFs with them. Because of her amazing reporting skills she's gained a large following of fans online. In the past she has claimed that her husband works for Summit. This must be the way she gets her R/K hot-off-the-press info. Like this,

"Ironic the day they filmed the break-up scene was the day R/K decided to be a couple." OMG he told me earlier he had a story about them that might make me cry. We all know how difficult this journey has been for them. Right? Well remember in the timeline from earlier, J talked about how R/K had admitted they had fallen in love with one another over 2008, but K still had a boyfriend and was going to try and make that work. Both she and Rob were miserable over their separation (when he went back to London - before the Tokyo reunion). Rob was especially miserable during that time. He basically thought he would never be with Kris. Rob got his hopes up after Kris told him when New Moon filming began that she and Mike were taking a break.

He wouldn't be on set, just a few visits. She and Rob started to get really close again, taking it slow, then MA visited. This was during the Juno weekend. Rob was really upset to say the least. He felt Kristen might be stringing him along or that MA's presence there would change her mind. Nikki apparently tried to comfort him that night by the way....offering Rob her support if he needed her. Fucking bitch. J says he seriously doubts anything happened. However, it was after that, that Rob told Kristen he was done. She either make up her mind or they would just be co-workers only. I guess he was really pissed and after that he didn't talk to her much at all. OKAY HERE COME THE GOOD PART - So Rob wasn't on set as much as Kristen and basically stayed to himself. Their personal relationship was strained. They did hang out a few times with others, but K was going through some major inner turmoil in cutting the umbilical cord with Mike. She wasn't in love with him anymore. She was in love with Rob, but Mike had such a major part of her life. yaddah yaddah.. Okay so the day of the break-up scene... J says Kristen was an utter mess.

She missed her connection/relationship with Rob. Their relationship was strained to say the least. They had to do this epic scene. She was crying and beside herself. People on set, including Weitz and Rob were concerned. Rob was very comforting and protective of her. They went off to talk. J says this was the day Kristen told Rob she was walking away permanently from Mike and wanted to be with him/Rob. Kristen and Mike were already pretty much over. Mike came up that next weekend so she could talk with him in person. Rob left town and went to LA. So that was the beginning of their relationship.

Oh and for Rob's birthday, J says it wasn't just a celebration of his birthday, but a celebration of Rob and Kris' relationship. This was between R/K and his rents, plus he believes reps/managers were also there. He doesn't have a 100% on this. Granted other cast members were there at some point, but there was a definite time when R/K - rents were alone. His parents knew first hand the hell Rob and Kristen had been through and were "fucking thrilled for their son".

But I digress, because recently she leaked several photos of the upcoming Eclipse movie (ty for the links, and here and here too, linking to suspended twitpic accout), declaring that if she were to go out she might as well go out with a bang and make it good. Shit talking about Summit right after that probably didn't help anything at all because Summit is suing Miss Delaney. And for good measure, here is the filing on Justia.

As said before, she has many, many fans, who already have her back and are offering up financial services in her time of need (however, I should add that she's declined the offer).

All links, sources, and whatnot was collected from the posts about this made by the lovely ladies at ontd_twatlight.

ETA:

Look like Summit was planning on selling the images as movie promo cards for $20 a piece!

Holy shit, no wonder Summit is pissed. Those pictures were Eclipse movie promo cards that were supposed to sell for $19.95 a piece.

This one is entertainingly out of place among those.

...what exactly is going on there? It looks like they are stiltedly posing for a re-enactment of Orpheus and the Maenads.

To kill a vampire, you have to tear him to pieces and light him on fire. The bad vampires are trying to kill Edward in one of the only action sequences in the entire series.

How do you even rip a Twilight vampire apart? Aren't their pores full of diamonds or something ridiculous like that? The more I hear about them the more I wonder why Edward is so pissy about being a vampire; they don't have any downsides at all in this book.

Aah yes, but vampire (or shaprshifter, apparently) is strong enough to rip another vampire apart.

Of course they do. They're awful, blood-sucking murderers.

Except all the ones who aren't.

I'm still convinced that the whole "Humans can't hurt vampires!" thing is a consequence of not using enough explosives.

A rocket launcher to the torso ought to take care of the dismemberment part and the fire part nicely, I'd think.

The Judge: "No weapon forged can kill me."

Buffy: "That was then ..." [holds up a rocket launcher] " ... this is now."

However, their bodily fluids are flammable, so once you rip them apart, lighting them on fire is no problem!

And the other one's holding him in place because he tried to flee. Rob's all, "Nooo, not my lice! They're the only ones who understaaaaand meee! D:" Forget Robsten, the true love story of the Twilight film saga is Rob and his lice.

"First Trading Card for the upcoming movie Eclipse.
Rare collectible.
This card was only available to members of a fan club

It's not the list price; it's secondary market price for an exclusive promo card. Good luck getting that much money, gouging dealer dude.

I don't have the words for this, so I'll have to borrow them:

"Everything is worth what the purchaser will pay," though I can't remember who said that.

Or, more appropriately, "There's one born every minute."

Probably. The last time I saw promo stuff go for that much money was in early X-Files fandom, when the price for the cards and comics was, briefly, insane.
