FYI: IchiRuki are fucking SOULMATES, goddamn!
So there's this video about Bleach voice actors who were at Kawaii-Kon, an anime convention hosted in Hawaii, where they were questioned about possible romantic preferences for the young man they provide voices for. Johnny Yong Bosch (JYB) is the voice behind Kurosaki Ichigo for the English dub, while Morita Masakazu (MM) is the Japanese seiyū for the dashing hero. No, he's not really dashing. More like cranky.

Then someone dared to ask the million-dollar question: do they prefer RUKIA or ORIHIME for Ichigo?

In summation, JYB & MM both said "Orihime." So there!

The IchiHime side of the fandom was in a celebratory mood. General reactions vary from "Omg, yey! =D =D" to "TAKE THAT, DETRACTORS!"

Unfortunately, they're not as funny as the scorned side, though. Watch the masses backpedal swiftly from expressing love for Morita-san for saying "Rukia, I love you" in English, omg! Expressions of disappointment towards Morita-san starts further down the thread, with accusations that the seiyū is a lying liar who just wants to make $$$.

Don't fear, guys! Annie, founder of the IchiRuki fanclub (FC) thread, claims that Ichigo made his choice and clearly, it's Rukia.

shireheart worries that the creator, Kubo Tite, will have Ichigo choose Orihime.

Chill out! proglution says the translator was wrong, okay?! It's not like the panel translator did what she was paid to do and it's not like she knew Japanese or anything! With mad passion in defense of her ship, Proglution charges with compelling analysis!

First and foremost, that panel translator was dead wrong by saying, “For Ichigo, it’s Orihime.” That is absolutely 100% not what he says. She did a very half-assed job in translating and she jumped on the shipping bandwagon quick. She paraphrases at the beginning of the video, leaves out things Morita says, and translates (incorrectly) in her apparent excitement."

spatzkind reasonably asks the community "Why do we care?" since, in his/her recollection, Bleach is a shounen manga (print comics marketed for the male audience). FW's new-ish bff replies just as reasonably, of course. Thread was full of potential but sadly, it was frozen. Also, shiroyuki_kun tries to tell them the same thing, but all in vain. Yes, this is me failing to add some level-headed points to this wank and I apologize. I'll sit in the corner for timeout later for going past my edit quota for the day.

Meanwhile, bluespring expresses regret for ever being a part of Bleach fandom at all.

Also, fans? "Cannon" is a type of weapon. It got confusing for a while when discussion perspectives switched from potential pairings to field artillery.

Edit 1: Good morning! There is nothing like waking up to a fresh batch of edits and wankage.

First up: an anon calls their attention to our peaceful mockery of their insanity discussion. Bad mouse! While mouse thoughtfully gives them a hint to perhaps calm down or something, sleepwalkerrrr provides us with a delicious helping of hypocrisy as a side dish. Substitute for hash browns, perhaps? Oh and yes, wankas can not socialize outside the keyboard. Who says we cannot?! In response to such helpful little elves, debbiechan proceeds to freeze the entire thread while eating burritos. As Harry Truman said, "If you can't take the heat, then get out of the kitchen."

Anycakes, next up is a tip from anon. Further down the BA fanclub thread, a fan decides to send a Tweet to Kubo-san about Morita-san's reaction and baawwwwed about the possibility that IchiRuki was written for money.

Nothing about the spam was particularly note-worthy. It was just hilarious to see sleepwalkerrrr embarrass itself.)
