Her new post, in case she deletes (yet again):

I assume that many people here know the politically incorrect tale of Brer Rabbit and the Brian Patch. Once Brer Fox managed to catch Brer Rabbit, who escaped by begging the fox NOT to throw him in the briar patch. The fox of course did so, thinking it was the Worst Thing he could do. And Brer Rabbit, who knew the underneath of the patch very well, got clean away.

There is a lesson here for some recent commentors.
