Chapter 422 reunites the Great Bermuda Triangle of Bleach Wank, with Ichigo obviously giving a lot more attention to one side than the other...


Unlocked spoilers/scripts/pics for you to compare and follow along at home. Apparently Orihime NOT being a blubbering wreck over Ulquiorra, bringing him back from the dead, still being on the dome, or apologizing to Ishida (on her knees, natch), is the shot heard round the world:

Whining starts here, and it's spectacular.

Bleachness just can't stay behind, either: See this here, people! Basically, it's this: "Fuck those bitches that give us spoilers every week! They're obviously biased and always mistranslate IchiRuki parts to their own advantage, so we got our Super Special Spoiler Translator (that only translates IchiRuki stuff) on the case!"

The UlquiHime FC reacts Starts out with cries of "We'll see Ulquiorra soon!" but by half-way down the next page, EspadaDina is declaring that something 'died inside of her' and that she's giving up on Bleach for a while because Orihime came back without Ulquiorra. Gets better from there.

IchiRuki fans get a hold of this, too! It's a huge mass of insanity, everything from "how dare Orihime interrupt Rukia's love confession" to "Orihime looks like a stupid child while Rukia is a beautiful, mature goddess" to the standard "Sensei is so good to us, he can't make his intentions any clearer than this". Pages and pages of word-twisting, translator bashing, Orihime bashing, and bitter, sour grapes.

Aaaaand it's not a wank until Debbie steps up and passive-aggressively bashes her 'favorite' character for being happy to see Ichigo not being a blubbering, angsty wreck. Fortunately, the Orihime FC has undergone some renovations in the past month, and what would've been an Orihime bashing fest two months ago is now a bunch of people drowning Debbie and Issues09's whining and bitching out with "OMG YAY ORIHIME'S BACK".

She still doesn't stop, tho: "Also hate the fact that some Orihime fans can just hate that face (I think its unattractive--I also didn't like her second volume cover, sue me) and get called bashers, haters, not true fans in fandom, or people with shipping agendas."

* Yulieana starts her usual blubbering. And then she keeps going. And going.

* imamess tries to remind that bleach is a manga, and sometimes it can be funny."Wow, such a reaction from one panel with a silly face. I don't get how just that single moment is a downgrade. It's just a light break before we get back to the seriousness, and, like, plot."
