I heard about this earlier and I was actually agog. When I heard about it, though, they mentioned the money was specifically earmarked for authors to come and speak at libraries.

So . . . Dean is angry Neil Gaiman did what he was supposed to do with money for that specific purpose. OMG, HOW DARE HE~~~
