LOLOL his mommy made him apologize for being a meanie. Awesome. But I'm really not sure how to parse this part: "My mom is staying with us right now because my wife's out of town," Dean said.

His mother is staying with him... because his wife is out of town? How are the two situations related? I am very confused, F_W.
