The first and second reviews could have been done better (and used spelling and grammar a lot better!). The third though is very nice and I have no idea why she's taking offense at it, other than the general anger at it not being nice.

I hate authors that refuse to update unless they get a certain number of reviews. That's incredibly selfish.
