So, it’s been announced that Genevieve Padalecki is pregnant.

And the Supernatural fandom, naturally, loses it.

Like any rational fan, they question it:

“But why would she have to disappear the second she found out she was pregnant if everything is hunky dory normal?”

Speculate wildly:

“Or, maybe that's when Gen said she wanted out, and Dan came up with this great excuse for her to be out of the public eye for the next year while still contributing to the het parade.”

“If it's true my opinion of Jared is in the toilet. I still believe he's gay and in a relationship with Jensen. It's not possible for two guys to work as close as they do for almost 7 years and be as close friends as they are unless it's beyond friendship. Not possible. Not with HW egos.

But they don't need to bring kids into the mess to establish het cred. For God's sake he's not 30 yet. Most men in HW don't have kids till way into their 30s. I always thought Gen was a lesbian. Far out theory but maybe she's pregnant with a GF and will pass it off as Jared's.

Right now I am going through a variety of emotional stages, eventually I might be just disheartened by Jared. I am still overly convinced and sure he is gay and never got to do more to her that pecks and pets. So whatever.

(This is kind of my favorite because I imagine Jared, Jensen and Gen sitting around having a serious discussion about whether or not Jared and his wife should have a baby.)

I wonder if a lot of people who so vehemently foam at the mouth at the idea of people thinking the J's are gay are homophobic. Why else would it be such a big fucking deal what people believe about their sexuality? I can understand those who feel that the wife hate is unnecessary and I agree with that (some of the comments in here towards them ARE brutal and unnecessary) but damn, calling someone gay should not be considered an insult. It's like internalized homophobia people have and don't even realize it. “ (Missing the point like whoa).

“Well that's it I guess, I feel kind of numb, but this has taught me to not invest any more interest in actors to the level I did with J2. I still like the show and will watch until it ends but yeah I am pretty much done with any investment in Jared and Jensen as a couple. I hope they are happy with the decisions they have made but I don't think this is good for J2 and yes I am pretty positive there is or was a J2 but for me, my belief in them is over. I will stick around for the next couple of days fallout but if it gets too bad around here like when J/D got engaged i'll just quietly slip away... wow 3 years I was supportive through it all but now that's all gone :'( but I also actually feel free as well. I hope one day the Js will as well”
