Tag war on Tumblr

Korean boy band SHINee announces that they're having a comeback, with a new mini-album called, for whatever reason, "Sherlock". Pictures are released.

Excited K-Pop fans take to their tumblrs! Many reblogs are made of the teaser pictures and tracks (examples here, here and here).

But lo! The Sherlock fandom is displeased! For you see, in their excitement, the Shawols have tagged their posts about obscure Korean pop bands with their tag.

Sherlockians shake their canes and yell, "Get off my lawn tag!" Shawols mostly just lol. And a tag war erupts:

* It would be really nice if all the fans of this green-haired boy could just stop cluttering up the Sherlock tag.

* Will everyone please stop tagging their shit for a moment?

* Dear butthurt people on Sherlock tag

* That moment when we tag everything Sherlock on purpose just to piss them off more.

* smh at all of these “mature” SHINee fans who are apologizing to the BBC Sherlock fans on behalf of the SHINee community.

* Wait wait wait...there is a legit fanwar going on between SHINee fans and Sherlock fans?"

* Yes, sweeties, we know YOUR Sherlock came first. But… the new album is also called Sherlock so… It’s our tag too, now.

Then both fandoms blink in confusion as a random troll appears and spams the Sherlock tags with gay porn:

* Thank you, penis guy, for stopping a war. But seriously, stop with the penises.

* First..the Shawols tagged everything ”Sherlock”

then the sherlockians got mad

* OMGAWD! MAKE THE RANDOM PENISES STOP! I just saw one with a watch on it. o.O?

* Just so the Sherlockians know, it isn’t SHINee fans spamming penises, okay?

* lol awks when the SHINee fandom and Sherlock fandom are having a war over the Sherlock tag then some random bitch starts posting penis in the tag.
