Cartoon Network vs DC nation
Green Lantern the Animated series, and Young Justice are two fairly popular cartoons on Cartoon networks Saturday morning DC nation block, both recently came back from long hiatuses, airing only a couple episodes since their return. The fans were happy they were back, and all seemed to be well
Yesterday, about 10 hours before the episodes were to air this Saturday morning, Cartoon networks online schedule suddenly replaced the episodes with Re-runs of Johny Test. Many people thought this was obviously some sort of error. After all, even Volpe, a creator of green lantern who had just done a USA today interview about the episode to air this morning, had heard nothing of any schedule change
Until it turned out this morning that the DC nation block not only didn't air the brand new episodes it had run promos for earlier this week, it didn't air at all.
Fans were displeased to say the least
,
It isn't until hours after they were supposed to air that Cartoon network put out a response, saying not to worry DC nation fans, both shows will come back with new episodes...next year. Despite all the episodes of the season having already been made.

Fans have not been responding kindly

Weirdly enough, it seems the only person who doesn't yet know this happened is the writer of Young Justice, Greg Weisman. His most recent blog post states
"I'm posting this reminder a couple days early, because I'm leaving this afternoon to head up to Ashland, Oregon for the Shakespeare Festival. But believe me, my DVR is set to record both YJ and Green Lantern."

Edit: Usually after an episode airs, it's put on Itunes at midnight after. Apparently they forgot to cancel that
Edit the second: And they have been removed from itunes
