IIRC, Avengers did have a fic or two in the Yuletide list. It's my primary fandom but I have no idea how it qualifies for Yuletide. There's a few like that every year, though, where I'm left going, "Bzuh?" I get the same feeling whenever the local alternative station plays U2.
