HDU spoil a book that's 75 years old!
smilla840 is unhappy because a Hobbit fanfic didn't warn for spoilers. Cue laughter.

How can anyone be reading fanfic of something that has ended and not know how it ends? Why would anyone even DO that? And if they did, why would they feel entitled to have authors -- or anyone -- bend over backwards to cater to them?

I have zero patience for anyone who whines about movie spoilers about a movie based on a book, period.(And vice versa, if that's a possibility.) My patience goes into the extreme negatives when they're whining about a book that's been out for 75 years that they simply don't wanna read.
