I think the fangirl sockpuppets would be easier to fabricate on tumblr. You could reblog a bunch of stuff to make it look like the blog had actually been active, then start fangirling your actual persona .. but again, it seems like a fruitless pursuit, considering the fame on tumblr just isn't the same.
