That would be odd and ... wrong, as antisocial PD is meant to be used to diagnose repeat criminal offenders who lack remorse. Antisocial has a different meaning in psychological literature. Link?

Avoidant PD would be closer but the fandom participation and prior relationships conflict with the core of the diagnosis.
