If her hometown is listed publicly on her blog profile, I'm not sure there's much that can be done; anyone interested in that information, for whatever reason, could locate it in two clicks. Unless Rice listed her address, phone number, and postal code as well, it's not against any rules I'm aware of. (and Facebook is notoriously lax about privacy online anyway)
