I started watching Dr. Who, because a close friend is obsessed, and I want to know WTF she is talking about.... Not really sure how I feel about it yet.
I have "barn kittens" living on my porch. They used to live in a boat, but it belonged to a relative who thinks our property is a free storage service. Wouldn't you know after several years of being a big piece of shit in the way, when it's actually making itself useful they decide they want it back. Anyway. kitties are fine. Here are pics.

They are difficult to take pictures of, they never hold still.
I got a new washer and dryer which is awesome, because I'm pretty sure like nearly everything else I inherited from my Grandparents the old one had gotten to the point it was just trying to kill me.
Fandom wise, I'm completely obsessed with the Last Exile anime right now, and I'm working on three different AU fics for it, and posted a lot of plot bunnies for it in several places. I don't know if many people will read them but I'm having so much fun.
