Ham Potato Casserole (I don't really measure)

a ham steak (pre-cooked, or follow standard microwave cooking instructions) (those 1/2 - 1 inch slices of ham, about 1 to 2 pounds)
a bag of frozen potatoes o' brien
shredded cheddar cheese, about 3 loose handfuls
a can of condensed cream of whatever soup (mushroom, chicken, broccoli, and potato have all been tried, none tasted any better or worse than the others)
sour cream, smallish container

Mix it all up and bake at 350 for about an hour. Reheats rather well, and is not even the tiniest bit good for you.
