I've seen it considered exactly twice in mpreg fic that I can recall, and only once where it's something the character actually wanted to do. They couldn't, due to mpreg magic, but it was... refreshing, I suppose, to see it seriously considered at all. I've only read one fic I can think of where an actual abortion took place, and that was off-screen by a side character. The only other fic I can think of that touches even somewhat meaningfully on abortion was a genderfuck fic (in which a cis dude is magically given a body that your average medical professional would call female), and even then the issue was avoided by him having a spontaneous miscarriage. Which, I get that that's a thing, but it's like writing a story where a terminally ill patient chooses euthanasia and then gets killed in a car accident: it totally feels like a cop-out and lazy writing to keep from dealing with the issue in a real, meaningful way.
*ahem* Anyway, my fic is about as mpreg friendly as such a fic can be, IMO. For a while, I was pretty close to making a trilogy of it, wherein the first fic they're just not sure they're ready for kids (two months into a sex-pollen-triggered relationship, who would be?), the second one the dude who would be preggers just can't deal with the idea of his body going through that, and the third one would be where they both just don't want kids (and no they would not consider adoption, kthx), but I'm pretty sure that would be more than I want to bite off at the moment. Instead I'm mostly using the first one and kinda squeezing a mention of the second two in to try and cover all the bases. I'll probably also include a nice disclaimer at the beginning about how I totally get why people write and read mpreg, and I have and do read it myself, I was just tired of reading mpreg fics that don't even have a courtesy mention of abortion (etc).
