As I understand it from a couple of anon meme comments (I'm not in this fandom), the person who asked at the Misha panel about Destiel is the same person as the one in this writeup, and the booing started because it was the same person and she'd told people she was going to ask the same question in the Ackles panel. Which puts a different spin on this whole thing, if true.
