There is Science Bros fun in 616, when Avengers Assemble changed creative teams with issue 9 the new writer (Kelly Sue DeConnick) started off with a Science Bros story. And it seems like this is actually 616 continuity as the book is having a cross over with DeConnick's other 616 book, Captain Marvel.
