Bronies are the main reason I no longer take part in this fandom, even though I still like the show. (I'm an adult male fan who refuses to be lumped in with that lot or hang out in the echo chamber.) The worst part is that their knack for making it All About Them even extends to their detractors; I left an MLP comm when it turned into Bitching About The Latest Awful Thing Bronies Have Done. These days I just watch the show, by myself, and keep my head down.
