They really don't...Power Rangers premiered twenty years ago this week, and you've still got a steady stream of Kat-bashing fanfic from FF.net, to say nothing about the Tommy/Kira (of Dino Force) fics where he uses her as a replacement Kimberly. I...am not even touching that shit.
