I'm not dictating anything, just saying it's annoying. And once it's pointed out, repeatedly posting off-topic things to a tag is obnoxious. There's no such thing as a community moderator on Tumblr, so unfortunately there's no way to ban bad behavior and this sort of tag war ensues.
