It's my fandom and I know plenty of great people who watch the show. Of course, I'm more in the Misha Collins fandom than the Supernatural fandom per se. I mean, there's a lot of stupid shit that goes down, but in my corner of it, it's mostly doing creative projects to raise money for charity and stupid pranks.

I personally have never really had any encounters with fans who think Jared and Jensen are actually a secret gay couple, for example. Also, Jensen asked fans not to share any paparazzi pictures of his infant daughter, and by and large, they haven't. They use pictures of baby Rapunzel from the Disney movie instead.
