I've never read or watched the Hunger Games, but from tumblr alone I know that it's a pretty iconic line. CC's reputation of stealing snappy lines from popular and recent sources doesn't make me inclined towards thinking its an honest mistake. If a married man has coffee with a woman, that's not evidence of adultery, but if the guy is a known serial cheater then people who know that and see him with this woman would be forgiven for thinking 'oh, he's at it again' even if that particular meeting was completely innocent. Same thing applies here. Normally I'd be all for the notion that it was an accident, but it's CC, and SRB is mighty defensive and TL;DR about this 'accident'. I agree, I think CC either worked with SRB because they have the same attitude about stealing lines they know are well-received, or else CC has convinced SRB to throw herself under the bus to cover CC.
