If that's the same gif I'm thinking of, the video is worse. I can't find it at the moment, but it's of CC and (I think) Holly Black. They're sitting on chairs on the stage and there's a woman at the microphone introducing CC. And she's talking to Black and drinking her drink, all while someone is complimenting her and introducing her to the crowd. I mean, it's hardly the most evil thing in the world, she's not kicking puppies or anything. But it made my jaw drop because it was such rude and unprofessional behaviour. It was also demonstrated everything you need to know about CC in a nutshell.

See, that's what gets me. She's not a great writer. She doesn't have a great personality or Hollywood looks, and she doesn't appear to be a generous person. So what's the appeal? Like you, I've got nothing. It's a complete mystery.
