Apparently she's headed overseas to see more premieres maybe?

If this is really the case (because I can't quite tell from her Twitter, either), is that a common thing for authors to do when they've supposedly had little to zero input on the movie(s) made from their books? I'm genuinely curious, because there are so many things to mock about Cassie that there's no point in harping on something that's actually legitimate.

(Mainly I'm curious about how much an author's presence at a movie premiere would affect potential subsequent book sales, versus simply staying home and just letting the wave of movie hype roll on by.)
