That is a really good point that I didn't think of. (Having played 999 and Hotel Dusk.) I have the 999 sequel which is a 3DS game but I haven't even started it yet, so I don't know how it works exactly.

I'm not exactly kicking myself over the 3DS anyway, but... yeah, those are some important points.
