I can just see how it could go: The workshops get canceled cause they just don't have the resources to run them! But however will they all spend their time on this retreat without the workshops that were promised? I know! LARPing! But without any of the pesky structure or guidance that could keep things from being a total clusterfuck.

Bit of a reach, maybe, but it wouldn't shock me.
