Yeah. When I googled DashCon and looked at the link, I was like (<_<) "Huh, a tumblr convention?" IDK. Maybe it's just me but it doesn't seem like it has a common draw that a science-fiction or anime or what-have-you kind of con would have. Tumblr is pretty diverse, so it seems like the admins would need to cater to a number of different interests with no guarantee that any one thing would be THE draw that keeps people there for the rest.
