Back in the old, old days -- before the group returned to Yahoo! -- there were a lot of people writing Marya. IIRC, the big female characters then were Tiger, Marya, Karla Hoffman, and Helga (nobody liked Hilda).

Sorry to hear they're not focusing on Marya anymore.
