Heh, kind of reminds me of a post that author Carrie Vaughn made on her blog here, where among other things, she talks about her alternate interpretation of those Ewok Adventure TV movies:

I’ve discovered that they are watchable as an adult, but you have to watch them from the Ewoks’ point of view. Then, instead of being the sentimental and soporific adventures of an impossibly adorable girl among the land of teddy bears, they become the story of a long-suffering family trying to put up with the antics of these really stupid humans. You’ll actually learn the Ewok word for “idiot” in about five minutes.
