yes, even wrestling fans hate rape.
So I frequent this one wrestling message board. It's a decent board, I enjoy it for the most part. There are people who aren't so cool, but things are kept mostly under control.

That is, until the WWE decided to show a segment on this week's episode of RAW that vaguely implied rape. I mean, really, vaguely. It was definitely the impression they were going for with the scene, but they didn't show it. At all.

I logged on to the message board today, fully expecting the usual "That segment was lame because it didn't involve any wrestlers or wrestling", which is a valid complaint.

But I forgot about this one chick on the board who is one of the prime reasons I hate most chick wrestling fans.

See her start a thread entitled "RAW From A Rape Victim's Perspective" and regale us all with the tale of her own rape.

See her pimp her agonizingly personal thread in a completely DIFFERENT thread, and make a heartwrending comment about Randy Orton's nipples in the process.

Now, granted, the responses are fairly sane, for the most part, because it's a good message board, but did there need to be a thread in the first place? Titling it her own experience and then giving details to complete strangers over the internet?

On top of all that, her post didn't even make a whole lot of sense. She says she's okay with *some* depictions of rape on tv, but this stupid, poorly acted, completely ridiculous segment bothered her so much? To the point of not enjoying Randy Orton's nipples?

And you know, I thought the segment was kinda hot. *g*
