Man, I'm gone for one day. Two of my father's siblings have passed this week and I'm not really in the mood for this shit. Stormfreak is banned. Period. When I read the e-mail telling me about what was going on, my first reaction was - well, if she can control herself and not act like a total BUFFOON then she is as welcome here as anyone else - even though her antics last time crossed the line. I don't hold grudges and if she can control her impulses -- well, OK, I guess. She's banned in my personal journal because I have no desire to deal with her 5 year old attention seeking antics. Not to mention the fact she called out her little college kid posse on me. Grow the FUCK up. She also called me a racist. Now I don't know this person, so well, whatEVER. All I had to do to change my mind is read the thread. Stormfreak is not wanted here. I, personally, don't want to deal with the aggravation that having someone so excitable around causes. And since I'm the one who will have to deal with it... Let me say it again, I was all for lifting the ban until I read the thread. Then the joy of it all came back in technicolor. The harassment in my own personal journal, the spamming of journalfen. The posting of pictures. The juvenile antics. I'm tired. I don't want to deal with any of this right now. There are two people banned from JournalFen. Stormfreak is one of them. End of story. And I haven't had time to read the whole thread, though I did see some stuff from Miss Windy that I agreed with. If she's (Stormfreak) mentioned here, it's normal for her to come "defend" herself. And if it stayed on that level, I'd agree. Only, this... person... always has to take it ten steps further. And that is the entire problem.

	I would like to propose that, since SF is no longer allowed on Journalfen period, then she also not be wanked in the future. One of our tenets is that people can walk in and defend themselves, and even though she does always go overboard, if she doesn't have the ability at all, then she shouldn't be wanked. I think the problem you're facing is one of amnesia. We aren't liars, you just have so many fights with people that you forget them all.

Now, I've banned you by IP, but that only works if someone has a static IP. I'm loathe to block your entire IP block because that may block some innocent people. And even if I did that there's anonymizer services. Anyone with even half a brain can get around IP blocks.

Your behavior is dispicable.

Now, for the last polite warning.

I run an ISP. It's a registered ISP. You have been banned from my services. I don't want to escalate this. My next step is a formal complaint with your ISP. It's not something I would do lightly - in fact, I've never made a formal, ISP to ISP complaint before. No matter how bad the behavior of the parties involved. I do not make idle threatas. This is a sincere warning.

You are not playing with your college friends, here.

I see most of your behavor as performance art. Maybe that phrase will tweak your memory. I find you annoying, but harmless. Until your behavior tips into the extremity of abuse, you're nothing more than an annoyance. If you just let things go, you wouldn't have been banned. Instead, you're absolutely driven. And when you're drive to make people batshit until they hate you, you can't really be surprised by the results.

My policy with people like you is avoidance. If I can't see them, they don't exist. I don't go to your journal or any of your playgrounds. I don't read anything that mentions your name. I don't give a fuck about comic fandom. I don't know any of the people you know. I'd like to keep it that way.

And your reaction to the losses in my family does more to speak for your character than anything anyone could ever say about you - truth or lie.

(And regarding the last line in your post, seems like I remember hearing about a certain person bitching when a friend got run over by a semi or something, and people cracked on it. One can't bitch about behavior and then engage in the same behavior themselves. . .just shows their true asshattishness.)

I think you handled the above situation with remarkable grace and restraint. It is/was a lousy situation in general, and worse that it happened right here and right now.

Thank you for letting F_W have a home here on JF, thank you for your hands-off moderator/ISP role and finally thank you for stepping in and taking steps to control a situation and a participant that stepped waaaaaay beyond the pale.

Did I miss something? I don't recall seeing her being wanked lately, but I don't normally check this place every hour on the hour so if a post wanking her was deleted I missed it. Mentioned, sure, but not very often, and if there were jokes made about her I probably didn't read the relevant posts.

Genjo Sanzo from Saiyuki, wearing what I think is his past life's ceremonial clothing. That's my suspicion because I got this from a group shot, and the other guys were wearing stuff their previous lives' used to wear. Got this picture from a calendar.

I think I need to rescan it though--doesn't look too good as an icon for some reason.
