No minors are allowed to participate here. As members or non-members.

Not much we can do about it if they don't identify themselves, but if we know they're minors, we can't look the other way.

With the mass hysteria over "internet stalkers" lurking around every corner just waiting to harm *the children* - safety's sake says ignore the children. Maybe they'll go away.

One can only hope. Most of our concern lies in the liability issues minors present.

Hope this makes sense. I'd prefer to leave this type of thing to the community mods, but I don't think it's ever come up before and may not have even been considered.

I'm getting a little leery with the recent trolling - something I haven't seen from F_W before and I just wanted to make sure no one trolls from here to minors' journals.

Now I'm getting all roundy logic.

Thank you. That was what I wanted to know. Unless someone says outright that they're a certain age, I tend to assume they're adult, so I was picturing wanking someone and having them say, "But on a journal entry I made two years ago, I said I was 15, so you can't wank me," and so on.

	The idea being that linking to the personal journals of minors in f_w encourages them to come defend themselves here, which they aren't allowed to do because of the TOS. IMO, the situation you described wouldn't have done any harm. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
