The B/A fans responsible for the B/A ad (on TWoP? I couldn't find it.) are up in arms because James Marsters' fans published a tribute ad in last week's Variety. The further you go, the wankier it gets.

ETA:That particular thread has since been deleted. ::pout:: I'm still looking for a scan of the JM ad-this I've got to see.

On a completely unrelated note, is anyone going to put the spiffy front page style back up, now that we have a permanent home?

4:08pm: Potential wank fodder brewing...
Just posted a very rational, calm entry asking a) what the Sean Astin bile was about and b) could studios really keep actors in the closet without risking gigantic discrimination lawsuits at some point. I can see potential for wank having a few semi-to-hardcore believers in Domlijah on my friends list.

Here's a link to wank that won't get locked or removed, I can guarantee it. It's right here over on fandom_rant. Here's what happened!

1. Members-only fandom_rant post by An Otherwise Uninvolved Person, paraphrased: "A friend of mine defriended me and made reference to Fandom_Wank as a possible reason. Sucky!"

2. Open post by darkrose regarding #1: "I can't believe that people are still purging their friends list of Fandom Wankers..." (and more, none of which mentions anyone by name.)

3. iibnf comments to darkrose: "Oh, get over it. I have 160+ people on my friends list, sometimes I remove them for the flimsiest of reasons... I can't believe you're still harping on this after so long!"

4. Many people, paraphrased: "She isn't talking about you!"

5. iibnf, paraphrased: "Yuh-HUH!"

And so on. Have a look!

10:16pm: As much as people enjoy wanking msallegro, you have to admit that some of the people who flame her make even better wank material.
