11:44am: LJ Biz Wank
I was just reading LJ Biz and well, what do you know?

Eurisko97 thinks that the taking away invite codes will mean the end of quality on LJ.

Brad Fitz points out that Eurisko97 an elitist.

Eurisko97 cries that Brad didn't read a word written. But Brad slams him by quoting the post.

Of course, d4b wants to vote this guy off the island.

Mini wank ensues.

Oh yes. Eurisko97 tells us that the reason he can't spell is that he is grading English papers and doesn't care about his own mistakes.

1:36pm: So the Foxtrot feed over on LJ has been playing up the geek vs Orli!fangirl with Jason and Paige all week.

In today's humorous strip somebody makes a random 'Legolas dies!' joke. Lots of people join in on the fun. Some get a little snippy for being spoiled. Some are just annoyed with the jokes.


The best comment is another 'spoiler':

In case anybody isn't fake spoilered enough...

at the end, when frodo gets to mount doom, he sees this guy in a long black jacket with sun glasses. The guy offeres a red pill and a blue pill. Frodo, in a little hobbity panic, tries to run away. But the guy in black, the black guy in black, holds him down and force feeds him a pill. Frodo passes out. When he comes to, he finds that he's laying on sand and there's an old man in a brown robe. This men helps frodo recover. Frodo goes on to get a lightsaber and saves the galaxy. And everybody was happy. Middle earth was just a part of the Matrix, there is no ring, and the new republic is doing well. The end.

2:17pm: The 'Golden Age of Fanfic'
Damn, Fanficrants seems to be really bringing home the wank lately.

Here's a post bitching [again] about the review system on FF.net, I believe the post said something different earlier which lead to a discussion about fanfics 'Golden Age'.

Cause I guess I missed the part where every fic was perfectly spelled, had glorious characterization and there were no horrible fangirls around.

It starts when dirtynumbangel posts a request for people to put ROTK spoilers behind an LJ cut.
Well and good, but he posted this in mock_the_stupid

And of course, he's quite upset that he gets mocked.
