8:31am: Keep an eye on this one
There's a new "inner circle" journal on LJ called The Foundation of HP Slash. It purports to be a way of helping everyone "discern the difference between BNFs and the little people. This will allow any random person or fandom newbie to check who he/she should follow, and who writes the best fiction. The lurker will then have a guide by simply checking out this journal's friends list."

This is bound to explode into wank any minute now. They're already lining up to say "But wait! I'm *not* a BNF!" And it should be very interesting to watch people recommending their favorite BNFs for inclusion. But my favorite part of it is the userinfo page, which makes it sound like the "BNFs" the journal follows are somehow part of it.

Yes, I know it's been ably done just a few posts down. I just thought that it would be nice to mock mention a few of our more...uh...prominent wankers and wanketypes in our version!

After some consultation with [info]arabel, I penned the following ditty...

4:43pm: Look what I found! PublishAmerica
Months ago, there was some wank posted here about an author who's from publishamerica.org. I was looking for that wank because it was funny, but I couldn't find it, so I tried Google. When I tried google, I found this:

Hey all my fellow Publish America authors! Its time to speak out and defend our publisher! We need to tell folks why we chose PA, why we stand by them, why we believe in them, and why they belive in us!
Proud PA author,
Sherry A. Mauro

It's old, but there's 13 pages worth of this and quite a few gems. And "mysterywriter" spooging over PA is just hilarious! Gods!
