It's been awhile, but there's finally some MsA wank worthy of FW.
In which MsA rates slash and slash writers who aren't her, and finds them grossly wanting.
That's right, MsA has a few complaints to make about the amateur fiction written by hobbyists and made available for free online: seems a lot of it just isn't that good, shockingly enough! Watch as she expounds upon the failings of badfic as though 1, she's the first person to notice this and 2, her remarks apply to ALL slash, because it all sucks, especially that pretentious crap that isn't hardcore NC-17.
Some of her best generalizations:
I stumbled on slash thinking I had finally found My People only to find that they weren't, in fact, a damned thing like me at all. They were just little girls who wanted to write about men acting like themselves because actual adult gay men scare the shit out of them.

Extra points for her description of a LotR epic, widely known for scenes in which Merry and Pippin sobbingly declare their love for each other, as "a brilliant story... and one in which the characters behave realistically and honestly." And for her implication that the only reason her clearly superior slash was not worshipped was because everyone in fandom was too stupid and inexperienced to appreciate it.
